Applications

Cereals:

1.5 to 3.0 kg/Ha in 100 to 300l/Ha water.

From GS 12 and whenever the crop will benefit from foliar Magnesium up to ear emergence. To supplement Magnesium being stripped from the flag leaf to feed grain fill and support wheat quality, 2 to 3 kg/Ha should be applied with the flag leaf fungicide. Barley on deficient land will need at least 2 applications to control the rhyncho-like symptoms. The rate needs to be adjusted according to foliage development and crop demand.

Field Veg:

2.0  to 3.0 kg/Ha in 100 to 300l/Ha water. All brassicae will benefit from early treatment, as soon as there is sufficient foliage to absorb the spray. Carrots and Parsnips respond best to multiple low dose applications.

Root Crops:

2 to 3 kg/Ha in 100 to 300l/Ha water. As soon as there is sufficient foliage to absorb the spray followed by a programmed approach of multiple low dose applications. In the potato crop an application with every other blight spray is advised throughout the growing season.

Other Crops:

All deficiency susceptible crops may be treated without any risk of damage.

Magnesium always contributes to crop quality as well as yield, and is vital for maintenance of green leaf area in any crop.

Usage

Introduce into as large a volume of water as possible. Mixing using standard induction hoppers works well, do NOT attempt to premix. Unless specifically directed otherwise by an agrochemical requirement (e.g. Boxer) always mix powder and DF formulations FIRST.

Compatibility

Apart from one or two exceptions (check with your agronomist if concerned) this product is very widely compatible for tank-mixing with agrochemicals.

Market

It is intended as a replacement for bulk sulphate Bittersalts/Epsoms or cost-sensitive market areas like the farm group and IBC customers. It is easy to mix, and has trials result support for its use at the recommended and very cost-effective application rates. It is much more effective and user-friendly than many alternatives
