A unique manganese formulation, containing its own acidifying penetrant for the treatment of Manganese deficient crops by foliar application. Manquick contains a strong buffer which will quickly acidify spraying water and enhance foliar penetration.

The formulation also contains added surfactants and adjuvants to improve tank mixing and enhance the topical spread and adhesion of the nutrients to the crop. Manquick is particularly useful early in the season when conditions are not conducive to optimal foliar uptake.

DIRECTIONS

Rates of Application

Maintenance 1 l/ha in 80 - 120 litres of water
Moderate Deficiency 2 l/ha in 120 – 200 litres of water
Severe Deficiency 2 l/ha Repeated

Water Volumes

Assuming the spraying equipment is suitable Manquick may be applied in water volumes as low as 80 l/ha for Air assisted sprayers and 120 l/ha for conventional hydraulic sprayers fitted with low volume nozzles.

At water rates below 120 litres per hectare rates a maximum dose of 1 l/ha of Manquick should not be exceeded. Where 2 litres of Manquick is recommended then water volumes should be increased to 200 litres of water per hectare.

Crops

The full range of arable and field vegetables may be treated with Manquick. Responses will be dependent on their susceptibility to any particular deficiency. No recommendations are currently made for application to fruit or protected crops.

Timing

As with all trace element sprays frequent repeated applications at relatively low rates are preferable to one large dose. As Manquick is taken in by the foliage then sufficient leaf area must be present to absorb the spray. This normally coincides with the 3-leaf stage in most crops.

Mixing

Ensure spray equipment is clean and free of residues from previous use.
Part fill the sprayer with water and start agitation.
Slowly adding the required quantity of Manquick.
Top up the tank with the rest of the water and mix well.
Do not allow the mixture to stand idle at anytime.

Compatibility

Manquick is physically and chemically compatible with a wide range of agrochemical products. Information is available from your supplier. Variable combinations of factors such as growth stage, seasonal conditions and composition of tank mixes beyond our reasonable control may affect biological compatibility. Therefore no warranty or guarantee is expressed or implied with regard to biological effects.

DO NOT MIX with hormone weedkillers or mixtures containing hormone weedkillers unless specific recommendations are given.

Pack Sizes

Manquick is packed in 5 litres, 4 x 5 litres per outer. 160 x 5 litres per pallet.
